Description:
This project involved the development of a new 30,500 SF distribution warehousing facility for Fairmount Books. Soil conditions on site created some unique challenges, and Dasd was able to identify an opportunity to save the client substantial excavation and backfilling costs. Subsequent to the completion of this building, the client retained Dasd to build a second adjacent and adjoining structure, nearly identical in design, bringing the overall square footage of the facility to 54,000 SF.
