In many institutional projects, it is not possible to relocate residents or staff in order to facilitate construction. For this reason it is critical that the work be performed with consideration of residents’ personal safety and comfort as a primary concern. We have extensive experience in projects involving working closely with people requiring special needs, and our experience in phasing projects and containing the site have created very comfortable environments for the residents involved.
