This project consisted of interior demolition in an occupied enclosed shopping mall at 1 York Gate Blvd.  Great attention was paid to the plumbing drain tie-ins which occurred in five different tenant spaces and the work was performed after hours so as not to disrupt the existing businesses.  The clinic consisted of doctors' offices, exam rooms, meeting and counseling rooms, reception area and waiting areas.  Dasd Contracting’s management and supervisory team worked closely with existing tenants, York Gate Mall Management Team and sub-trades to ensure project success and to eliminate any business down-time.
