Description:
This renovation involved converting a commercial space and warehouse facility into a new Community Healthcare Hub. The 2-storey unit was designed to incorporate doctors' offices and examination rooms; dental offices; classrooms; kitchens and bathrooms; and reception and waiting areas. Future plans include the addition of green space on an existing rooftop, which resulted in significant structural work, including the addition of footings and foundations for new columns and the reinforcement of OWSJ.
