Description:
Dasd Contracting Inc. was retained by Fred Victor as a construction manager to handle this time sensitive project. The building remained partially occupied throughout project, and coordination of the multi-phased schedule was critical. Funding restrictions further compressed the schedule to create a unique challenge. Dasd Contracting provided valuable analysis of project costing, construction methods, and material procurement, during the preconstruction phase to ensure the design was feasible given the budgetary and scheduling constraints.
