New Build
Sugino Studio is a renowned photography studio in Canada. Our previous experience privileged Dasd Contracting Inc. to be awarded a contract for the construction of a new studio for this client. Dasd Contracting was selected in the early stages to assist with the budget.
The project was a cost-plus contract completed on time and on budget. The scope of work performed at this 6,000 square foot building was the construction of a structural steel, single storey building, including a mezzanine oor, which entailed demolition, site services, underpinning, concrete footing, slab on grade, structural steel frames, metal siding and perforated aluminium rain screen.
